Provide IT support to employees via phone, chat and in person;
Manage ticket creation, follow-up and closure in the ticketing system;
Prepare, configure and image laptops and mobile devices;
Deliver equipment to new employees;
Track IT assets, keeping the inventory up to date;
Assist in resolving user incidents and service requests.
Requirements
Knowledge of operating systems, device imaging and Microsoft 365 suite (O365);
Previous experience in IT support, technology or customer service (call center);
Basic understanding of asset management and inventory;
Good communication skills, empathy and active listening;
Resilience, organization and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
