Analyze and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and requirements;
Prepare contract drafts, addenda and terminations;
Manage contractual and corporate documentation;
Serve internal stakeholders in the Supply department, providing support for their requests;
Monitor contract deadlines and assist in managing contract terms and validity periods;
Use ERP systems to record and control contracts;
Organize files and ensure traceability of information.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or related fields;
Experience in contract analysis and management;
Knowledge of drafting contract drafts, amendments and terminations;
Knowledge of corporate documentation;
Experience with ERP systems;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Good communication and organizational skills for serving internal stakeholders.
