Act as a liaison for the Wellness Testing Client Services team between Labcorp branch offices, regional laboratories, and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns through email and phone correspondence.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including entering data into forms, spreadsheets, and databases.
Support wellness account initiatives.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
Requirements
Associates Degree
3 or more years' of customer service experience
1 or more years' working with MS Office(Excel, Word)
Current or prior Labcorp experience (preferred)
1 or more years' experience with Labcorp Lab System(LCLS) (preferred)
1 or more years' experience with Labcorp Testing System(LCTS) (preferred)
1 or more years' experience with Labcorp Billing System(LCBS) (preferred)
