Role Overview
- Lead geotechnical design across feasibility, concept and detailed phases
- Apply advanced analysis using tools like PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Rocscience and more
- Work across diverse environments — in-office, remote and embedded with clients
- Contribute to winning work through proposals and client engagement
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, building team capability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical outcomes
- Occasional attendance on site to support project delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years’ geotechnical engineering experience
- CPEng and current RPEQ status
- Strong experience with FE modelling and geotechnical software
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs and reports
- Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring
- Involvement in industry bodies such as AGS (desirable)
