Achieve sales targets established by leadership, driving growth in key applications within the water and wastewater industry.
Develop and execute the annual business plan in collaboration with OpCo and LatAm sales teams, defining marketing tactics and commercial action plans aligned with growth objectives.
Act as a strategic liaison between sales, business units, product development, and marketing, channeling relevant technical and market information.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise in associated applications and products, particularly in flow measurement and water treatment processes.
Actively participate in priority commercial opportunities, providing advanced technical consulting and support in complex applications.
Train and coach internal teams, customers, and channel partners on process instrumentation, flow optimization, and water treatment applications.
Provide on-site support to field sales and partners in complex technical cases.
Collect, analyze, and present information during Problem Solving Review (PSR) meetings.
Develop technical marketing content and value propositions to support transformational and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to define and execute strategies in assigned vertical markets.
Represent the company at technical seminars, trade shows, and industry events.
Provide technical support in meetings with environmental agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Manage and keep opportunities updated in the CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in technical applications, consultative sales, or similar roles within the water industry, industrial processes, or analytical instrumentation.
Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and flow measurement.
Knowledge of water treatment processes and production processes in industries such as Food & Beverage, municipal, or chemical.
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Intermediate to advanced English (reading, speaking, and writing).
