Take full ownership of projects in the retail environment — including cross-functional initiatives
Coordinate and develop omnichannel measures for Product Management Retail
Develop strategic initiatives for Product Management Retail and ensure that actions and decisions are consistently tracked and followed up
Analyze price, market and customer trends in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, IT and the actuarial team to derive concrete action areas and communicate findings
Take on business development tasks to further develop our product and service portfolio and shape future strategic direction
Maintain a constant focus on our customers and distribution partners across the entire customer journey
Prepare management-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate in cross-functional teams
Requirements
Degree in economics, business administration, economics and business informatics, or a related field preferred
Initial experience in the insurance, banking, or consulting sector — preferably in the retail/private customer segment
Experience leading and managing complex projects
Experience in strategy development
Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Proactive approach and strong ability to drive change
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AI tools
Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative solutions
Excellent German language skills and business-fluent English
