About this role
Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing VOID partners, ensuring service levels are met and delivering excellent customer service
- Work directly with partners to support collaboration and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiencies and help deliver retention and growth strategies
- Communicate with partners across multiple channels, resolving enquiries from start to finish
- Support the smooth running and optimisation of partnership processes, ensuring regulatory standards are met
Requirements
- Military Service Leavers (leaving the Forces or within the 2
- year CTP window at application)
- Elite Athletes (international competition experience and/or professional UK sports experience within the last two years)
- Self-motivated with a positive, “ can-do ” attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Quick to learn and comfortable working with new or complex processes
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to manage your own workload, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to liaise with internal and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to resolve queries effectively
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritise and deliver multiple outcomes under pressure
- Understanding of great customer service and end-to-end customer journeys
- Committed to continuous learning and self-development
