Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the Medical Foundation/Outpatient Clinics
Ensures compliance with operational goals and patient care delivery
Plans and organizes operations and resources
Establishes protocols and practices for compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
Takes strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows
Develops and maintains partnerships with peers, leaders, and agencies
Provides guidance and intervention in complex situations
Manages capital and operational budgets

8 years recent relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations related to Outpatient Services
Ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors as well as with nursing and other key departments
Demonstrated leadership skills including team building, coaching/mentoring
Ability to motivate and engage others
Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
Ability to build partnerships with employees, peers, physicians, and leaders
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of wage and hour laws
