Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Hardware, or IT Management.
Experience managing IT services, including SLAs and OLAs, focused on ensuring quality levels and support aligned with organizational goals.
Experience managing IT service projects using agile and traditional methodologies.
Knowledge of information security, including Cyber Security, and the ability to lead security initiatives and incident response.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with proactivity, organization, clear communication (verbal and written), and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience defining and implementing strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives and needs.
Technical knowledge in Level I and II support, and in service monitoring to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of ITIL v4.
ITIL v4 certification (differential).
