Build expertise in the OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related technologies (Voice, SMS, NLU, low-code/no-code).
Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and organizational priorities.
Develop and maintain account roadmaps, ensuring visibility, accountability, and clear progress reporting across stakeholders.
Ensure all technical and business requirements are properly gathered, validated, and communicated to implementation teams.
Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating design sessions, progress reviews, and key decision meetings.
Represent OneReach.ai in customer and partner meetings, including occasional on-site visits within the U.S. and Europe.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment.
Strong documentation and organizational skills, with experience producing structured internal and external program artifacts such as status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures.
Experience translating operational or customer requirements into clear, actionable technical plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Advanced or native-level English (written and spoken).
