Consulting on the design, implementation and optimization of ITSM and ESM processes based on ITIL® and other best practices, and executing ITSM and ESM projects
Tool consulting and integration: supporting the selection, implementation and optimization of service management platforms
Designing service-oriented structures in IT and other business areas (e.g., HR, Finance, Facility Management)
Knowledge transfer: delivering trainings, workshops and coaching
Strategic support for transformation processes
Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Active knowledge sharing with colleagues and continuous development
Requirements
Proven professional experience in consulting within IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service Management
Knowledge of ITIL® (ideally certified) and preferably other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2® etc.
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Confident presence and strong communication skills at all levels
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions or presentations
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
