Technical Sales Manager – Key Account Manager, Quality Management

Role Overview

• Proactively contact and support buyers who have shown interest in Techpilot.
• Present our platform by phone and in online meetings: explain how Techpilot, as a B2B marketplace, turns buyers and suppliers into long-term partners.
• Advise customers on use cases, benefits, and best practices for the platform.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term usage.
• Review requested drawing-based parts and advise buyers on the quality and clarity of their requests.

Requirements

• You can persuade contacts at decision-maker level (CEOs and purchasing managers).
• You have vocational training or a degree, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology and manufacturing processes.
• You are communicative and outgoing, work independently, and organize your contacts responsibly.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are important; any additional language is an advantage.
