About this role
Role Overview
You will take overall responsibility for a large, internationally active automotive OEM.
You enable your client to scale their intralogistics by providing strategic, subject-matter and technical advice.
You identify expansion potential at the client's various sites and define additional projects together with the client.
You maintain and oversee the client's project pipeline.
You pitch the benefits of our software solutions to the client (on-site and remotely), up to C-level.
You coordinate the sales process in collaboration with all internal stakeholders.
You prepare proposals, negotiate independently and conclude contracts.
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience, specifically in account management and ideally from intralogistics, mobile robotics and software
A completed technical degree with a focus on logistics or manufacturing is desirable
Understanding of structures and processes within international large corporations
Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
Passion for direct customer engagement and strong negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
