Receiving incoming software and hardware incidents professionally in a large enterprise client environment
Handling incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
Performing root cause analysis and initiating corrective actions
Providing initial assistance and solutions via remote support
Escalating incidents to downstream teams when necessary
Supporting the team in IT projects
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (all genders) or strong IT affinity as a career-changer (all genders)
Very good command of German, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Good knowledge of English is an advantage
Confident using Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
