Monitor daily EDI transactions (e.g., FROI/SROI for Workers’ Compensation)
Review and resolve rejected transactions by identifying root causes and coordinating fixes
Ensure adherence to IAIABC standards, state‑specific rules, and trading partner requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Partner with Claims teams to clarify internal errors, explain system actions
Translate business rules/needs into functional specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Support project planning, execution, and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Coordinate with QA Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

4+ years of experience in a business analyst role or relevant experience
Exceptional Communication (Oral, Written, and Presentation) skills
High degree of organization, individual initiative, personal accountability
Proactive, self-starter with technical knowledge and insurance business acumen
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams
Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
