Create detailed requirements and solution design documentation.
Build wireframes and documentation to communicate ideas and workflows.

Self-organise work duties and set priorities.
Perform the role of project manager for small incremental projects, overseeing time, scope, and quality management.
Manage communication between other Helm teams and the PS dev team.
Perform final QA approval as well as test plan and test case development.
Develop training programs and materials for designed solutions.

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
BABOK certification is an asset.
Experience with AI-augmented or agentic development workflows is an asset.
