Contribute to multiple initiatives within the Chemistry, Microbiology, and Sterilization department, supporting both routine and developmental activities and some key projects.
Chemistry Team: Assist in evaluating potential mixing strategies for larger-scale production, support studies and SOPs creation, perform particulate analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards, support coating evaluations and IV/moisture testing.
Microbiology Team: Perform water testing, prepare LAL samples for Endotoxin analysis, assist with laboratory maintenance, perform microbiological plate counts, and execute Gram staining for microbial identification.
Sterilization Team: Support sterilization validation execution activities and routine production sterilization activities including sterile release.
Requirements
Current undergraduate pursuing a degree in Life Sciences field: Chemistry, microbiology, biology or biomedical.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for supplier engagement and follow-ups.
Detail-oriented with strong tracking, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data tracking and reporting.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and eagerness to learn in a regulated industry setting.
