Platform development: Build and maintain critical automation platforms, such as an Automation Service Gateway, to standardize the exposure and security of IT services.
Operational innovation: Proactively identify automation opportunities and develop new processes following development, testing, and deployment best practices.
Strategic partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable, standards-compliant systems.
Advanced technical support: Provide L2 and L3 support and troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors and internal teams during technical escalations.

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience scripting with Python, Terraform, or Bash.
Strong understanding of GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Okta (API and Orchestrator), and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
