You and your five-member team provide first-class 1st-level support — by phone, via the ticketing system or on-site.
You analyze, process and resolve incidents and requests related to hardware and software.
You install, configure and administer desktop systems based on MS Windows as well as mobile devices (iOS).
You maintain office IT (workstations, printers, peripherals) and support colleagues with everyday IT questions.
You contribute to the planning, procurement and implementation of new IT systems and bring your ideas into cross-departmental projects.
You support our UHD team in Berlin (usually remotely) with basic tasks.
After onboarding, you and your team ensure a service-oriented on-call duty — with a focus on the stability, security and availability of our systems.
Requirements
Enthusiasm for IT and a desire to develop within a modern working environment
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration)
Motivation to train into the User Help Desk area — even if you have limited professional experience
Ideally, initial knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Windows client administration, Office IT (network, hardware, software, mobile devices), Mobile Device Management (iOS, MS Intune), software deployment and packaging
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to participate in a team-friendly on-call rota and, in exceptional cases, to travel to our secondary location in Berlin.
