Own upstream strategy execution for assigned categories (e.g., adhesives, cements, composites, prevention)
Conduct market analysis, VOC research, and white space identification to inform product concepts
Develop business cases and product requirements to guide early-stage development through technical feasibility assessment and risk mitigation
Collaborate with Lifecycle and Downstream teams to ensure innovation readiness aligns with portfolio transitions and launch planning
Support cross-functional workstreams with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Business Development to advance pipeline opportunities

5+ years in upstream marketing, program management, product strategy, innovation, or technical roles
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries preferred
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
