You will collaborate closely with different departments to develop innovative solutions and improve processes, with the opportunity to work for leading SMEs or the next unicorn.
You will advise our clients on all matters related to payroll and act as a competent point of contact.
You will explain complex issues in an understandable way and help develop tailored solutions.
You will actively contribute to the implementation of new HR software solutions to continuously increase the efficiency of our payroll processes.
You will analyze and optimize existing workflows to save time and resources.
You will take responsibility for independently carrying out payroll processing for a defined group of employees.
You will ensure correct and timely payroll processing in compliance with all applicable tax, social security and employment law regulations.
You will be the first point of contact for employees with questions about payslips, payroll tax and social security.
You will handle payroll-related inquiries and coordinate them with internal departments such as HR and financial accounting.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
You have professional experience in independently processing payroll and salaries.
You possess solid knowledge of German payroll tax and social security law.
You have experience with payroll systems, ideally SAP.
You work independently, precisely and reliably.
You demonstrate teamwork, flexibility and perseverance.
You have good written and spoken German skills.
Ideally, you also speak English.
