Minimum 15 years professional business leadership experience
Minimum of 10 years leadership role in learning and development and/or talent development
Expert level proficiency in leading digital learning ecosystems
Expert level proficiency in data management and analysis
Expert level proficiency in adult learning theory and trends
Experienced team & people leader
Experience in portfolio and/or project management, strategic and operational planning
Demonstrated organizational agility to work across organizational boundaries
Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity and paradox
