Lead the development and execution of AP+’s enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment with the evolving Australian payments landscape.
Structure and solve complex strategic problems, leveraging data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovation pathways to strengthen AP+’s market position.
Provide clear, actionable strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team on priorities, investments, and trade-offs.
Monitor industry trends and the broader payments ecosystem to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Lead and deliver high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate across product, technology, operations, and industry teams to drive cohesive and integrated strategic delivery.
Build and influence relationships across internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes in a complex ecosystem.

7+ years' experience working in strategic roles, preferably in a Payments organisation (but not essential).
Deep experience working with strategic frameworks and structured problem solving.
Consulting/internal corporate strategy experience highly preferred.
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, high-complexity environments and drive clarity for senior stakeholders.
Be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions and lines of business.
Be a strong problem solver with the ability to structure analysis.
