- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Experience in projects to advance organizational data maturity
- Experience creating data policies, standards, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborative profile and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive in driving initiatives and promoting a data culture
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
