Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales, with a strong preference for experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully securing new business partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Strong understanding of the medical device supply chain and regulatory environment in the UK.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to travel frequently within the UK as required to meet with potential clients.
