Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Chromatography systems
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
Perform maintenance and repairs
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Train other field engineers and customers on solutions

Bachelor's, Master's, or other university-level degrees in related science fields (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology)
1-2+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting
Experience or expertise with Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spec (LCMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license required
