Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division
Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive
Support division and regional programs and initiatives
Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems
Track all activities in 3M CRM tool
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with one (1) year sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Current, Valid Driver’s license OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) with Five (5) years of experience within the Automotive/Collision industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
Financial acumen
Technical expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry
Relationship builder with a competitive nature
Well organized, self-starter
Time management
Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
