Engage with healthcare professionals and clinics/dentists/hygienists/stakeholders via outbound and/or virtual calls on behalf of the client to deliver key sales messages and ongoing support to increase product recommendations, sales, and market share
Communicate key sales messages to healthcare professionals based on the client-approved strategy, action plan, and training, using approved tools and marketing materials
Schedule and conduct virtual lunch-and-learn sessions with targeted HCPs (healthcare professionals)
Consistently meet and exceed program performance metrics as communicated by the direct manager
Manage relationships with key influencers and healthcare professionals within the territory to ensure program KPIs are achieved
Research territory targets, identify key players, map stakeholders, and generate interest during every interaction
Build client relationships through high-quality interactions and by identifying client and patient needs
Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
Accurately capture key information discussed during calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Submit daily call activity in the CRM
Manage relationships with key influencers, the client, and all Inizio Engage business units through regular touchpoints to ensure program KPIs are met and to meet or exceed service objectives
Support retention of existing business and promote additional services by providing qualified insights and opportunities to the direct manager, team, and sometimes the client to offer feedback and solutions to client needs
Maintain a professional team environment and peer-to-peer communication
Actively participate in all team and departmental meetings and training
Actively and professionally participate in all client-led training sessions
Submit all program-related expenses accurately and promptly via the Concur expense management system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a science field
Sales experience is an asset (minimum 1–2 years)
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven experience achieving sales targets and ability to analyze sales trends
Proven track record of delivering results in a high-growth corporate environment
