About this role
Role Overview
Customer Success: You support our customers during ongoing operations and act as their point of contact for commercial and usage-related matters.
You ensure customers use TROI optimally so that they benefit sustainably and work successfully with the system.
Customer Support: You document relevant information, agreements and next steps in a structured way in our systems.
You keep track of open issues and dependencies, provide transparency about the current status and ensure that required inputs and decisions are delivered in time.
Contract Management & Renewals: You handle contractual matters such as terms, renewals, adjustments and expansions.
You prepare contract discussions and record agreements.
Upselling & Customer Relationship Development: You identify potential opportunities for expansions or additional services and discuss them with customers.
Requirements
Commercial Understanding: You are interested in contractual and commercial topics such as terms, renewals, adjustments and agreements with customers, and you work carefully and reliably in this area.
SaaS Experience & System Understanding: You have experience in the SaaS environment and a good understanding of how software is used in everyday work without needing deep technical implementation knowledge.
Structured Working: You keep track of open tasks and next steps in an implementation, coordinate internally and ensure that issues are closed properly. You work in an organized, independent manner and maintain an overview even when handling multiple concurrent topics.
