Role Overview
- Serve as primary interface to established key customers
- Support the BD Team in RFI/RFP process
- Establish and document client-specific processes
- Conduct CIRBI demonstrations
- Manage transition of new studies to assigned CSC team
- Proactively collect, analyze, and track client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IRB or clinical research setting
- Bachelor’s degree in basic life sciences or related field
- Comprehensive operational knowledge of client services and IRB services
- Ability to influence others and align teams
- Advanced knowledge of IRB processes and federal regulations
- Demonstrable leadership and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
