Role Overview
- Define and lead the enterprise testing strategy
- Manage distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
- Ensure governance, KPIs, quality gates, and executive reporting
- Act as a bridge between the business, IT, and program leadership
- Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment between quality engineering and the program's strategic objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale programs
- Strong experience managing SAP programs (ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations)
- Experience with end-to-end test strategy: SIT (System Integration Testing), Regression, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Performance
- Executive-level stakeholder management
- Risk management and quality governance
- Solid experience in global environments
- Fluent English (mandatory — executive-level communication)
