Conduct requirements gathering, analysis and detailed specification of complex business and system requests;
Translate client and internal stakeholder needs into clear, consistent and traceable functional requirements and business rules;
Lead discovery, refinement, functional alignment and solution validation meetings;
Serve as the functional reference for the ERP, supporting technical teams, QA, product and business areas;
Assess systemic, operational, regulatory and process impacts of proposed changes;
Work in depth on processes specific to the consórcio segment, such as sales, assemblies, allocation (contemplation), billing, collections, credit, transfers, delinquency, cancellations, legal matters and group closures;
Support product definitions and prioritization, balancing business value, technical feasibility and regulatory compliance;
Ensure quality and completeness of functional documentation, rules, flows, acceptance criteria and validation scenarios;
Support UAT, clarify questions, provide functional troubleshooting and post-implementation follow-up;
Propose continuous improvements to processes, products and operational flows with a critical, consultative perspective;
Support clients and internal teams on regulatory and functional matters related to the consórcio market;
Act as a facilitator between client, business, technology, architecture, development and testing;
Contribute to the development of more junior analysts by sharing functional knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
Knowledge of the Newcon4 ERP;
Solid understanding of consórcio business rules and applicable circulars/regulations (not necessarily legal expertise);
Availability for occasional travel;
Bachelor's degree completed;
SQL knowledge to support analyses and validations (preferred);
Product-oriented mindset and experience evolving roadmaps (preferred);
Experience with agile methodologies (preferred);
Experience with Jira, Confluence and demand management tools (preferred);
Knowledge of customer journeys, operational efficiency and continuous improvement (preferred);
Experience with support, customizations, projects and solution implementations (preferred);
Experience with system integrations and functional impact analysis (preferred);
Knowledge of functional testing, acceptance criteria and support for UAT (preferred).
