About this role
Role Overview
- Gather, analyze and detail business and system requirements;
- Translate functional needs into clear specifications for the technical team;
- Act as the interface between the client, the business and technology;
- Support improvements, customizations and evolutions of the ERP Newcon4;
- Lead alignments, validations and track requests through to delivery;
- Support the organization and traceability of activities in corporate tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the ERP Newcon4;
- Knowledge of consórcios (consortium financial products);
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
- The following will be a plus:
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Product scalability mindset;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and demand management tools.
