Build, provide technical support for, and further develop a central product data structure for our educational offerings
Develop and maintain XML-based data feeds to publish our offerings on various platforms and portals
Model and optimize data structures and data models for consistent management of product information
Develop and maintain transformation and integration processes for data exchange between internal and external systems
Analyze, debug, and optimize existing data flows to improve data quality and performance
Implement and maintain interfaces and data exchange formats between different applications
Automate data exports and data transformations (e.g., XML transformations)
Document data structures and integration processes and collaborate with business units and development teams

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification (e.g., IT specialist in application development)
Very good knowledge of XML and of structuring and processing XML data
Experience working with SQL and MySQL
Experience in data modeling and data structures
Good knowledge in automating data processes and data transformations (e.g., XSLT, scripting, or comparable technologies) is an advantage
Experience with interfaces and data exchange formats between systems
Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
Structured and meticulous working style and a strong focus on data and quality
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage
