Collaborate with Sales and Finance to unlock multimillion-dollar opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver measurable business value.
Operationalise and deliver essential programs for consistent deal closure and triage processes, coordinating with Sales LT, VOC, and Customer Engagement teams.
Create and scale repeatable frameworks and strategies that can be leveraged across regions and industries.
Partner with Success to ensure smooth handoff and accelerate time-to-value by helping customers adopt and realise ROI from Atlassian solutions.
Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to drive positive outcomes and experiences for customers during the sales cycle where relevant.
Collaborate with the relevant teams from Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal in order to accelerate and deliver customer outcomes.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in SaaS or consulting, finance, legal, with a proven track record of managing executive relationships and driving large, complex deals and relationships
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and boards
Experience leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating strategic programs across complex organisations
Strong business acumen and understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience developing and scaling strategic frameworks or playbooks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive outcomes at scale
