Provide telephone support for the service hotline of one of Germany’s largest statutory health insurers or for the appointment service center
Respond to incoming calls from insured persons and other callers regarding their inquiries
Record and document call details in the appropriate PC-based system
Requirements
At least three years of professional experience in telephone advisory services for health insurance or in inbound customer service/call center operations
Enjoy interacting with people over the phone
Empathy, reliability and flexibility
Fluent German and very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
PC user skills (MS Office)
Willingness to work during off-peak hours (evenings) or on weekends
