Patient support & problem-solving: Your support: You look after our existing patients by phone or in writing on technical questions. Your tickets: You handle technical support tickets and provide appropriate solutions. We will show you how our devices work — no prior experience required!
Your service mindset: You ensure a positive experience for patients on the phone, strengthening their trust in and loyalty to our service.
Your data tasks: You create orders, follow up on requests, and maintain complaints and master data.
Your input: You contribute to projects and bring in your ideas — your expertise and voice count!
Requirements
Your experience: You come from customer support, customer service, inside sales, technical support, or a medical background. Career changers are also welcome!
Your IT skills: You have good knowledge of common office tools such as Google Workspace (or MS Office). Advantageous: knowledge of SAP. If you don’t have it, we’ll teach you.
Your personality: You have a strong service orientation, stay calm in stressful situations, and enjoy working in a structured way.
