About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and functionally lead the Skill Management Experts within the Group HR team
Design and implement a strategic approach and roadmap for a skill-based organization, including a digital end-to-end skill management process (e.g. AI-based)
Oversee global Skill Management performance by regularly reviewing and updating the Skill Management strategy and roadmap, and by establishing clear dashboards and KPIs to track progress
Act as a strategic partner for E.ON-wide stakeholders in the context of Skill Management (e.g. segment HRD, local HR, Delphi, N-1 areas, job families, co-determination bodies, senior management), ensuring they leverage the centrally defined Skill Management approach and roadmap
Ensure alignment between local, business-specific needs and the overall corporate strategy
Provide guidance and consultation on state-of-the-art Skill Management practices
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the HR sector.
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience and competence in working closely with senior executives and managing key accounts.
Strategic Expertise: Extensive experience in strategic and conceptual work, including the implementation of organization-wide projects.
Skill Management Knowledge: Deep knowledge of strategic skill management and hands-on experience in digital HR process implementation, as well as HR data analytics and performance measurement.
Influence & Impact: Ability to influence and drive the Skill Management roadmap at an executive level.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including executives/top management, IT/Digital teams, cross-functional business areas, co-determination bodies, and external providers.
Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
