Role Overview
Directly manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Sales Managers
Execute the global and regional partner territory plan
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
Own the total partner-sourced and influenced revenue target
Establish and enforce rules of engagement to minimize channel conflict
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science
10+ years of partner sales or alliance experience
3-5 years in a leadership/management role
Proven track record in the industrial software or automation space
Understanding of complex industrial sales cycles and technical architectures like IIoT, PLCs, and cloud infrastructure
Demonstrable experience exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively (30%+)
Advanced skills in financial modeling, P&L management
Proficiency in leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and advanced analytics
