You will expand our global customer base, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with procurement and supply chain management professionals.
You will take ownership of the entire customer sales lifecycle—from initial contact to renewals—as well as proactively identifying expansion and upselling opportunities.
You are responsible for acquiring and advising new customers.
You present, negotiate, and bring deals to a successful closing at decision-maker level.
You maintain all deals and leads in our CRM system (HubSpot).
You successfully represent the company at trade fairs/events, with customers, and with prospects.
You are jointly responsible for the further development of the Matchory sales strategy.
Requirements
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the SaaS environment
You can demonstrate proven success and the consistent achievement of sales targets
You are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and achieve big goals together with us
You speak German at a native level, English shouldn’t be a problem for you either
You are characterized by structured and goal-oriented communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in procurement is a big plus.
