About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow a defined territory through field prospecting, phone outreach, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach through long-term account expansion
Develop a deep understanding of client operations and logistics needs to effectively position Imperative’s solutions
Use data, tools, and market insights to strategically plan daily activities and maximize territory performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and long-term success
Represent Imperative professionally and consistently with a customer first mindset in all interactions
Requirements
Strong communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Ability to collaborate across internal teams
Strong organization, time management, and follow through
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred but not required, training is available
Previous sales or customer facing experience is desired but not required; we’re committed to training motivated candidates
Brings resilience and a solution oriented mindset
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Valid Driver’s License within the state territory.
