About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for acquiring new customers and driving our revenue growth.
Deal owner – from the initial meeting and product demo through negotiations to final closing (full-cycle).
Collaborate with Marketing and Product, and run your own outbound activities to ensure a consistently filled pipeline.
Create pitch materials and conduct compelling customer outreach.
Monitor ongoing performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience selling software solutions—especially in B2B and software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends, particularly the German mid-market (SMB).
Customer-focused with an ability to quickly identify pain points.
A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent German and excellent communication skills.
