Role Overview
- Understand clients' strategic, operational and organizational challenges
- Conduct current-state diagnostics of processes, practices, data and tools
- Facilitate workshops with business, project and IT stakeholders
- Document needs, pain points, opportunities and transformation priorities
- Define coherent, pragmatic, value-oriented target visions
- Build realistic, structured and controllable transformation roadmaps
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and guiding principles
- Contribute to scoping and deploying appropriate digital solutions
- Produce clear, actionable deliverables for client and project teams
- Support operational management of transformation projects
- Prepare and support change management for users and managers
- Identify risks and points of blockage
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or university
- At least 3 years' experience in digital transformation, AMOA (owner-side project support), organizational consulting or process improvement in industrial environments
- Interest in industrial digital environments and large-scale transformation solutions (PLM, etc.)
- Experience in the nuclear, energy or industrial infrastructure sectors is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model business processes
- Ability to structure complex topics and produce actionable recommendations
- Good understanding of change management and adoption challenges
- Professional proficiency in English is a plus
