Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving customer experience with VMware Cloud Foundation
- Guide enterprise customers during onboarding and help them achieve their business goals
- Articulate long-term and short-term customer goals and create engagement plans
- Complete technology assessments and provide deployment guidance
- Present customer achievements in quarterly Business Reviews
- Collaborate with Account Team and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- 12+ years related experience required
- Must possess strong business acumen and technical skills
- Proven work experience in customer-facing positions (e.g. TAM, Solution Engineer, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware Cloud Foundation solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
