Drive the successful execution of digital expansion and interoperability initiatives
Act as the primary owner of technical delivery outcomes
Collaborate with Product Management and multiple cross-functional verticals to align technical delivery with the roadmap
Manage end-to-end technical delivery execution
Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical platform or delivery management
Strong knowledge of SaaS technologies, particularly with CRM and ERP solutions
Experience with modern delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced, regulated environment
