Role Overview
Own and evolve the CSG connectivity product strategy and long-term roadmap, defining strategic themes, portfolio bets, and prioritization with clear governance and stakeholder alignment.
Lead and support strategic initiatives across FSG as well as cross-functionally within DTNA and global teams, facilitating critical partnerships and driving to results.
Develop data-driven business cases for new products, markets, or partnerships, including addressable market, pricing/packaging hypotheses, and investment/ROI analysis.
Create executive-ready narratives (presentations, dashboards) that answer operational and strategic questions with forward-looking insights and clear recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, strategy & operations, program management, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience building and communicating product strategies/roadmaps to drive critical decision making.
Superb communication skills and ability to build partnerships across the organization, fostering alignment and influencing both working level and leadership stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills: market sizing, financial modeling, KPI definition, and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
Experience gathering and translating voice of customer into product requirements and strategic recommendations.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft apps.
