Lead and develop the sales team, including both functional/technical and disciplinary responsibilities.
Define ambitious sales targets together with the team.
Ensure target achievement through coaching and monitoring.
Collaborate with inside sales, product management, and marketing.
Participate in key customer meetings and contract negotiations.
Strengthen the team through constructive feedback and by fostering a positive sales culture.
Prepare reports and analyze sales metrics.

Experience in a leadership role as a team leader, area manager, or in a comparable position.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.
Several years of experience in sales (ideally in photovoltaics or a comparable technical environment).
Self-organized with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and stakeholders.
Team-oriented working style.
Excellent German language skills (C1).
