Role Overview
- Analyze GTM challenges across functions and regions
- Support design of solutions and transformation plans aligned with CRO priorities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to connect strategy with tactical execution
- Translate objectives into actionable programs with clear milestones and KPIs
- Ensure alignment between CRO OKRs and transformation outcomes
- Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Assist in design and activation of Sales Plays
- Provide insights and updates for leadership communications and reviews
- Monitor KPIs to measure impact of strategic programs
- Mentor team members to strengthen execution and strategic thinking
Requirements
- 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or GTM roles, ideally in technology or related industries
- Experience translating strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-growth, matrixed organizations with global scope
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
- Familiarity with GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, quoting platforms)
