Responsible for clear processes, clean interfaces, and reliable KPIs.
Focus on enablement: empowering Project Management, Project Support, and Customer Support.
End-to-end process ownership and system design.
Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes.
Structuring collaboration between Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success.
Building and evolving a KPI framework for data-driven management.

Several years of experience building or further developing processes in growing organizations.
Proven experience with KPI systems, performance management, or operational governance.
Practical experience managing interfaces between multiple teams or departments.
Experience in project or process management—ideally in the energy sector, infrastructure projects, or a highly regulated environment.
Understanding of business fundamentals and scaling dynamics.
Experience working with operational tools (e.g., CRM, project management, or BI systems; ideally HubSpot, G Suite, or Notion).
