Risk Services Coordinator

Role Overview

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly billing operations
• Ensuring accurate invoice processing and revenue tracking for all Risk Services practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Risk Services and Centralized Support
• Establish a consistent process for entering billing information into Epic
• Contact clients with past due invoices to ensure timely payments
• Conduct client outreach for service renewals and invoice processing

Requirements

• Management of contractor billing and payment processes
• Experience supporting contractor onboarding and compliance
• Support for comprehensive billing processes including completing regional billing request forms
• Facilitation of client communication by promptly responding to billing questions
• Regular collaboration with department leadership and risk service leaders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and billing software
• 2+ years of experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable experience
